Hello team,
I have book refill cylinder on 06.07.19 the amount has been deducted from my account but not generate in system of balaji gas service booking counter. On dt 09.07.19 i got cylinder by payment debit card. It go message
Dear indane customer, this is confirmation receipt for your online payment of rs 725, against refill booking ref no.504633 for consumer. No.20407.
In my mail i got
Dear pramod kumar gonde.,

Order id: rf[protected]
Order date:[protected]
Amount: 725.00

Due to some reason your payment transaction was not successful, if in case amount is debited from your account it will be refunded and credited to your account within a week.
