Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — refund request not being considered, even after assurance through confirmation mail from customer care and help desk | |||
This is to draw your attention towards the service request number 1-[protected] which has gone unresolved in a way ( complaint against the deduction of INR 708 from my account while booking a LPG cylinder from Indane gas agency, whereas the amount was not getting reflected against my booking and i had to pay cash at the time of delivery) and is being closed also. Post that I registered complaint again and got request number 1-[protected]. I had written mails as well to the help desk with the same request earlier and was assured through email that refund will be initiated and will be reflected in my account in 15 business days. However, there is no such deposit/credit getting reflected in my source bank account. Almost two months have passed and the matter is still unresolved. Transaction number as received by me for the concerned payment was[protected].
