Sir I booked lpg on line dated 30 jan 2016 and make the payment on line rs 698=00 Lpg cyl cash memo issued on no [protected] dated 8 feb 16.in which voucher Mentioned payment on line amt. paid rs698=00 refunded amount rs 83=00. On 9th feb delivery man came to my residence reg delivery of lpg cyl. He demanded rs 615=00 Again And without cash payment he was instructed to dont deliver lpg cly by dealer. In this regards i contacted over m [protected] given by delivery man. the phone attended by sales man mr ankit he refuse to deliver gas. and delivery man go back. salsman misbehave to me over telephone I am senior citizen and such type of behavior i shocked .i connected customer care no [protected] they refuse to note my complained and inform system is out of order. On dated 10th feb 2016 delivery man again came to deliver lpg, he given lpg cyl but rs 83=00 not return back to me .as per cash memo detail. I have mentioned on cash memo money rs 83=00 not refunded . Please fefund my excess money paid by me which is paid by me on line and instruct dealer don’t Miss behave to customer like senior citizen in further.
