Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Regarding not receiving the Refund after cancellation of a gas cylinder order

I have booked a indane gas cylinder through paytm UPI on 29th of August..later on same day I cancelled the order through indianoil one application which then shows that the refund has been done but it is not credited in my account..
