Dear Concerned Authority,
With due respect, I want to mention that I am facing multiple times blocking mobile number, fishing messages including Whatsapp messages for the jio mobile number [protected]. Frequently, my android Mi M2 Mobile shows a message: no sim card-emergency calls only. More than one months, I am unable to receive any calls or messages including essential messages including DAC, OTP etc. Somehow, I booked the gas cylinder by whatsapp on 28.03.2026 with ref. no.[protected]Consumer number: [protected] ) I contacted delivery person multiple times during few days, but finally the delivery person told they were not giving delivery in my region (Village: Rupa Ki Nangal, Post ofiice: Sumel, District: Jaipur, Rajasthan).
I visited office of Vikram-Krishna Indane Gas agency in Transport Nagar, Jaipur on 04.04.2026. Office staff did eKYC with biometric, but denied to change mobile number from jio to BSNL number [protected]. In KYC form, I mentioned BSNL number [protected] and my corrected Flat number A3 (instead of A1). However, they denied to give me updated gas document indicating BSNL mobile number, corrected Flat number A3 and resolve the issues regarding for gas booking and delivery. They also told they will not provide gas cylinder since DAC not coming, but completely ignored the solution of the issues. Hence for these issues, very rude arguments were running with all of?ce staffs.
They canceled the booking. After doing KYC with biometeric, I also still l getting whatsapp message ``Important Biometric Authentication Pending for your Indane LPG" and ``we kindly request you to complete your Biometric Authentication (eKYC through secure service of channel UIDAI), Don't worry--It's simple, quick and free". I re-booked the gas cylinder by whatsapp on 09.04.2026 with ref. no.[protected] and called to the gas agency office, but they denied to cylinder delivery.
In this regards, I complained in the Indane gas website on 10.04.2026 with Service Request[protected], but the site is showing Response Details
``Dear customer, Your grievance has been resolved by the concerned distributor. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. In case of any further LPG related assistance required you may contact our LPG distributor or our sales officer at [protected]. Alternatively you may also reach out to us at our Customer Service Centre between 10 am to 5 pm on mobile number [protected]. “ Moreover, I tried to call the above given numbers multiple times which told that I was unable to connect and switched off respectively. Then I sent a mail to [protected]@indianoil.in in this regards, but I didn't received any reply.
Hence, I request you to take necessary actions in this regard as quickly as possible.
