Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Rude behaviour by petrol bunk staff & refusal to add xtrareward points

Wish to bring to your notice that though I am loyal to IOCL for quite so many years, the experience of going to IOCL bunks is not very conducive.

The main reason there are so many dispensers is to provide fast and efficient service, which is not the case in most bunks (they ask us to move the car before bill is settled even though there are other dispensers available), and most of them refuse to add xtrapoints saying network issues or some other reason. It looks like we are a begging bowl in front of them, as we are sarcastically brushed by reasoning which should not be the case.

They are also bold enough to say if needed we can complain, which indicates customers are taken for a ride nor respected.

I have enclosed one fuel bill for Diesel filled on my trip from Chennai to Coimbatore dt 17-Jul-2021, wherein the bunk refused adding points and was rude in their behaviour.(Please find enclosed copy of Bill)

My experience indicates why the hell I need to stick to IOCL to get these petty points when customer service is so low or without commitment.

This issue is related to a IOCL bunk (Kavitha Agencies), GST Road, Urapakkam, Chennai. Txn No:[protected], Invoice No: 376857 Amount Paid for Diesel Rs 2331.58

Also I had to return due to non availability of service early morning dt[protected] in three IOCL bunks, from chennai city (Alwarpet to Urapakkam) saying rates not revised, no pressure in pump etc. What is all this is not understandable.
