Dear Sir/Madam, I have a gas connection in the name of Sanjeev Swaroop Bhatnagar, Cust. No. 4466456 from Freedom Gas Services, Loni. I have submitted all the required documents at the time of new connection and I had received the subsidy regularly at that time. But from last so many months it got broken. I inquired from Bank.
