Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Taking extra money on petrol pump

I got my car filled with diesel worth RS 4086 at the petrol
pump and this payment has been transferred by scanning the
tax code on the petrol pump machine which has been done
by the customers hand but the petrol pump owner says that
this amount has been transferred to Indian Oil Corporation
and I have not received it and extra money is being taken
from him. Please investigate this matter and refund the
amount
