[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Taking extra payment

During Refill Request via online, I made online payment of Rs.621 on 02/12/15. The delivery boy again demanded for the full amount and he took the full amount from me. When I inquired with the distributor, they are also saying the same that we need to pay again, the online payment will be refunded later. Distributor provided bill clearly says that online payment made with Rs 621 and nett amount to be paid is Rs. 0. When I went back to the distributor, they are not ready to listen to me and he said that online payment directly go to IOC and you need to pay for us again. He do not know that online payment instructions. I request IOC to take necessary action and refund my online payment made or advise them to refund the money I paid to delivery boy. Also please educate them about online payment instructions. Else remove that online payment options. Consumers cannot roam to get the refund from distributor every time. I went to distributor 2 times and still he has not refunded. Do not know how many times i need to visit distributor.

Problem resolved. Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] informed distributor to refund the additional money taken. Hence my distributor refunded the hard cash taken on hand.
