Im unable to book the refill cylinder online. I see the following message mentioned below. But i received the cylinder on 17/oct/2018 & subsidy amount transferred on 20/oct/2018 to my account. I have frequently contacted my distributor to rectify the issue. They asked me to raise a complaint. But no response
