I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding an underweight LPG gas cylinder delivered by your authorized distributor Om Sai Indane, located in Patna.

I received the LPG cylinder on 3rd July 2025, but upon weighing, it was found to be significantly underweight. This is not the first instance, and such practices not only result in financial loss but also pose safety risks.

As per the delivery slip:

Price Paid: ₹951.0 (incl. GST)

Cylinder Weight Quota: 14.2 kg (net content)

However, the actual net weight of gas was visibly less than standard. The delivery personnel refused to reweigh or replace the cylinder despite objections at the time of delivery.

1. Kindly arrange for an inspection or re-weighing of the delivered cylinder.

2. Replace the underweight cylinder or issue appropriate compensation/refund.
