Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — unexpected cancellation of booking of indane gas

I am a regular customer of indane gas having cosumer number cx3388740. I had two untoward behaviour from indane distributor m/s. Sooraj gas nadathara thrissur, kerala (Distributor code 4983544). The recent one is about my cylinder booking. I booked cylinder through online booking number [protected] on 01/12/2019 and booking is confirmed with booking reference number[protected]. I got confirmation message showing generation of invoice no.[protected]. But on 13/12/[protected] i got another message showing that the invoice generated in my name cancelled due to some error.in the evening i got another message showing my booking stands cancelled.
