Please find attached meme letter for your reference I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding the poor service and irresponsible response from the dealer, Mr. Sri Annamalaiyar Gas Agency, Kizhakku Medu.
Even after multiple escalations and submission of memo letters, my aunty is still being forced to collect the LPG cylinder directly from the godown. The dealer is not ready to deliver the cylinder to the registered delivery address, despite instructions and memo letters already given from IOCL side.
This behavior is completely unacceptable. The dealer is acting based on his own decision without following proper customer service procedures. after given memo letter This has caused significant inconvenience to us.
Further, I tried several times to contact the Manager [protected]of Sri Annamalaiyar Gas Agency through phone calls, but he did not respond to my calls and never called back.
After that, I contacted the Thiruvannamalai Area Manager, Mr. Santhosh (Mob: [protected]), but unfortunately he also did not respond properly, did not pick up the calls, and did not return my calls. i escalated with mail all evidant Remainder-8 mails still indian team not takeing any action this is really not acceptable
This type of service and lack of response from both the dealer and area office is very disappointing and reflects poor customer support. i want proper clarification of this .
