Indian Oil Corporation — Leakage in gas cylinder

This is regarding leakage in gas cylinder. My consumer No. is 24059 and distributor"s name is M/s. Chirantani Gas Agency, Bangur Avenue, Kolkata. I tried to call all possible nos. provided in the Company's website but nobody is there to response. Distributor was contacted several times to replace my leakage cylinder, but nobody was attended.The cylinder which is leaking is kept in the open barranda. Is there anybody to help me? M.
