Sir; Satyanarayan mour & co.IOC distrubotor.Simlaguri.Po- Barpeta Road .Dist- Barpeta ( Assam). This distributor provide low quality/ mixup diesel during 1st week of every month .eg 2nd day of every month.kindly take necessary action . instrument is not available in this distributor to measure the quality of fuel. Thanks.
