Please refer to my gas refill booking no.764036 of 30.07.2015. you have subsequently confirmed on 31.07.2015 via SMS that Cash Memo No.[protected] has been generated and refill will be delivered subsequently. suddenly this morning (7.08.2015) at 3.16 a.m. I am surprised to find a SMS message informing me that above booking has been cancelled and am required to book again. I would like to know why my booking has been cancelled. I am a senior citizen and ailing. I have been waiting for the delivery regularly and require the refill urgently. I am being put into great hardship and harassment. Please look into the matter urgently and arrange to deliver the same immediately. Please note my subsequent refill booking no. is 771626 dated 07.08.2015 Thanking you. Niti Prova Chowdhury.

It is very strange that without any information my booking on the 30th July 2015 has been cancelled at 3.16a.m. today (07/08/2015).
