Indian Oil Corporation — Non delivery of lpg gas cylinder in spite of generation of cash memo

My consumer no. Is 17149. I had booked online refill of gas on 2.9.15 vide ref no. 214801 and cash memo no. [protected] had been generated on 3.9.15 and on 7.9.15 i received the sms from the company that the gas had been delivered to me where as i had not received the gas till date. Please check and revert.
