My old booking number 733746 dated 26 Oct, 2014 13:13:30 is showing open in your system
though delivery has already been done against this booking on 17.11.2014 vide
Bill No [protected]. Because of this I am not able to make a new refill booking
request. I tried numerous times to contact my distributor DUM DUM GAS SUPPLY over
phone but in vain. I approached them personally today and requested them to
book a refill in my name. However, they simply refused to hear my request and
on being insisted again they retorted that it would not be possible for them to
entertain my request at the moment. As a customer of yours am I supposed to
face such behavior from your distributor? If I cannot book the refill through phone
booking, nor through Internet, nor by meeting the distributor personally, how
shall I book the cylinder? What is the meaning of such harassment? Kindly help.
