Indian Oil Corporation — Not Delivering Gas Cylinder Properly

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a consumer of IOC with consumer number 12789(Damodharan Nair M.V). Our area gas agency, Kuthuparamba(Code-117718) not delivering the gas cylinder properly. At last they delivered the gas cylinder on 27.2.2015, related to the online booking we made on 19th December 2014. Since one of my gas cylinder is already empty I booked on 28.2.2015 with reference no 266633. But they were not delivered the cylinder yet. My second cylinder is also got empty and I booked again on 30.4.2015 with reference no 285248. Today I have contacted our agency by asking the reason. But they reacted very indecently and told us they are not ready to deliver in the coming days since we made the last booking on May 1st. Now both my gas cylinders are emptied and we are under crisis.
