Indian Oil Corporation — Refill booking not get

Dear sir I booked the on 06th june 2015 for refilling. My consumer no . is 8143.with ref. to 258844.Cash memo [protected]generated on 06.th june'15 at 01.18 pm.. I enquired from distributor on that day afternoon that they told me you will received on next day. But till today I did not received it but i got a massage that my booking is acancelled. Some time i got subsidy in my account but not get any cylender .My family have old aged Patient. . and here it is regular feature to supply the gas irregularly.Either it is sold somewher or negligency.
