Indian Oil — rude behavior and excess payment

Today, i had gone through a very bad and horrable experience ever in my life. Taken 4 litere petrol rs. 310.80 and payment mode was credit card. People laxman was charged rs.311/- from pos terminal. While filling up petrol, he was pulling and releasing nozal in some interval. When i requested him to not do so, he talked me very rudely and start abusing me. Also i requested him to not charge this exacess amount then then the person started to abuse me again. These petrol pump people cheating to customers since long time. Few complains already filled by some customers in last few days. Please assist here and teach a lesson to these gunda people. Payment bills/invoices are attached.
