I am having Saving Bank account in IOB-Kandampalayam (Branch code: 0959). Recently i have visited IOB atm to check thew balance. Surprisingly my Account balance was in Negative even though i am had some amount of balance in my Saving Bank account.After check with Bank officials that they where done some wrong transaction like depositing sum of Rs.1000 in my account instead of other and tried to revert the same. At the time my account balance was went negative. If they done as wrong means they have to inform me before doing negative transaction. That i my account. They dont have the right to do so. How they do like this with customers.
