Indian Overseas Bank — Amount Debited in My account in ATM Transaction - Reg

Branch: Surampatti Branch, Erode District, Tamil nadu

I have tried to take Rs.2000/- in an Andhra Bank ATM, T.Nagar (ATM No.: N0557004) on 31.12.2016., while I tried my transaction it was declined on First Time (Ref No.NFS682566O311216)., but amount was Debited in my account.

Again I tried for second time and that time also my transaction was declined and amount was debited and again credited in my account. (Ref No: NFS118991R311216).

But my first time transaction amount was not refunded. I kindly request you to take necessary steps to refund the Rs2000/- to my account

Kindly take necessary steps to resolve this issue.
