Indian Overseas Bank — amount got deducted but got no cash

I made transaction 2 times at gachibowli atm of rs 400 and 2 times i got the message from atm "your transaction is declined" and the amount of rs 400 got deducted 2 times from my account. Then made transaction of rs 500 again transaction was failed and 500 got deducted from my account. Kindly do the needful asap as i m a student and i need money to pay for my admission. Kindly do the needful asap.
