I have booked a train ticket from irctc mobile app user id-sabi7891 from chennai central (Mas) jn to salem (Sa) on 30/01/2019. Train ticket has not confirmed. Amount has been debited twice from the bank. (Rs.980.00 debited to sb-xxx0257 acbal:3052.11 clrbal: 3052.11 [ecom-one97 ] kalingarayanpalayam on[protected]:00:30. Iob). I request you to refund my amount of rs.980.00 as soon as possible.
