Indian Overseas Bank — ATM Cash Withdrawal Issue | |||
Dear Sir, Please note that, My Name is P. Manoj (Son of Account Holder) on behalf off account holder Mr. N.Padmanabhan (Account Holder) of the above said SB Account which is at IOB, Karumandichellipalayam Branch, Perundurai, Erode. We have tried to take Rs.10000/- from City Union Bank ATM, Tirupur Main branch on 09th Apr 2015 and the same has been debited in the account, the cash and the transaction slip not received from the ATM. We have immediately intimated to CUB and IOB on the very next day. IOB staff asked us to wait for one week, the said amount will credited automatically. But we have not received within the specific time. So, we again contacted the IOB branch and they asked us to fill the form and we have done.
