Indian Overseas Bank — atm cash withdrawal problem (cash not received but amount debited in account)

I have try to withdraw 2500 rs cash on 10.01.2018 at 4:53 pm with my iob debit card but cash not recevied, mechine showing unable to process and then i try to withdraw but unable to press. Again i try to withdraw money sbi atm center mechine shows "sorry unable to process" but amount 2500 rs debited in my account and it was not automatically in to my account. Please look into this case seriously and help me. Please return back my money 2500 rs.

Cash not received but debited my account
Customer in the name of Jwala Sahani has made transaction of amount Rs 4994 dated 22.11.2017 via IMPS to other IOB account which shows transaction status got successful but the beneficiary account was not credited.kindly do the needful to reverse the same if it is pending art our end or guide us for the same.ac no [protected]
