Sir,
I have send an amount of rs 4041/= on 28/12/17 through iob upi to payumoney account the amount has been debited from my account [protected]@iob and credited to [protected]@axisbank account. When confirming with payumoney (This money transfer is done for purchase activity), they are telling the amount is not credited to their account. Please help me in this regards to credit the amount to my account back. Please find the attached proof of amount sent.

    January 01, 2018 morning at 00:20 a. M. I put the online shopping order from flipkart. Order payment not transferred to flipkart. But, i received the sms from iob (1982 /- rupees debited). Bank: indian overseas bank, place: anjugramam, (Kanyakumari (Dist)- 629 401, account holder: jeyan, account no: [protected], atm card no: [protected].

      I the under signed submitted that following few line for your kind verification and favourable action.
      I have purchased grocery items from akc rice mill / nachiar traders srivilliputhur for rs.3184 on 30.12.2017 and swip the card for the amount. The first time transaction has been failed and second time transaction debited for rs.3184.
      Now i have seen my account transaction on 30.12.2017 a sum of rs.3184 has been debited two times as the same has been clarified by the super market and given the two account settlement statement report for 30.12.2017 & 31.12.2017 (Akc rice mill & nachiar traders) report enclosed for your verification.in this connection complaint has already been registered by iob sathankulam, id no.[protected].
      In view of the above, i request you to verify the transaction and credit the amount of rs.3184 in my account. Your co-operation in this matter is highly appreciated.

          I lost my FD bond and I want to close that account in Madurai iob. Assistant manager and deposit section lady were not treat me like a customer...thay not at all given a detail for closing account ... most worst experience that never seen in my life... assistant manager (Vijaya) can handle my issue but she s not willing to work... she said me that wait I will call u... but she went out without informed ... I wait there for more than 1hour... another lady talked me rude ... first teach them how to give basic respect to customers..

            Worst bank i have ever seen, 3 times online transaction failed within 15days and no return of money. Lodged complain, they provided complain id il241214 on 24th dec 2017, but no progress since then, every time i call customer care of iob [protected] they asked me to call their department in morning ([protected]/[protected]) but no one ever answered from those numbers. I have tried at least once every single day for past 3 weeks.
            Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I have remitted the EB bill amount Rs. 685, through my IOB online banking on 13.01.2018. But I received one mail from tneb stating that the amount was not received. And instruct me to remit again to avoid disconnection. I have attached two snapshot, one is the e mail received from EB and another one the debit page of my online transaction.

              I am reached in manavalakurichi IOB Bank 3:50pm. But employees says bank is already closed. I am shocked. My important cash transfer is banded for iob bank.
              I'm trying to transfer payment for paying cinima tickets. But, it can't transfer...!

                atm cash withdrawal problem (cash not received but amount debited in account)

                I have try to withdraw 2500 rs cash on 10.01.2018 at 4:53 pm with my iob debit card but cash not recevied, mechine showing unable to process and then i try to withdraw but unable to press. Again i try to withdraw money sbi atm center mechine shows "sorry unable to process" but amount 2500 rs debited in my account and it was not automatically in to my account. Please look into this case seriously and help me. Please return back my money 2500...

                Maturity date of my fixed deposit was 12/1/2017. I got an email from iob to renew or close my fixed deposit once after my maturity date passed. Today (13/1/2017) when i logged into my net-banking, i found my fixed deposit got renewed for another one year. This is unacceptable. I really need to withdraw my deposit for my personal work. I was waiting for this maturity date and finally it got renewed for another one year without my knowledge.

                i know no one from the bank will respond to this even this for the common people, as i was in need to housing load in the bank, they said for the formalities meet the bank lawyer, he was an di**head and he spoke to like he is offering his personal valuables.

                  Sub - surrendering locker at your bank (Chinsurah branch)

                  Sir,
                  This is to inform you that i, swagata sadhu along with my parents mr. Dilip kumar sadhu and mrs. Madhuru sadhu went to the bank to surrender the locker we are entitled to on 03 jan 2018. Once the processing regarding the closure was complete, we were asked to operate the locker for the last time.
                  But it was found that the locker was externally locked by someone else. We (A/c holders - swagata sadhu, dilip kumar sadhu, madhuri sadhu) have already given a letter of request to branch manager to break the external lock on 3.1.2018. It is informed by the bank official that a complain has to be raised online then only lock will be broken and will be verified for the last time. After that only locker can be closed.

                  We request you to look into the matter which is lying pending for the last fifteen days as we want to surrender it as early as possible.

                    Hi, today i. E.,[protected], i tried withdrawing cash in atm but it says temprary declined, even i could not use card in shops while making card payments. Is your server down or there is any other problem? Please look into this matter and resolve as soon as possible.
                    I even tried to check balance even then the same result, transcation declined. I hope this is be resolved as soon as possible.

                      I used my atm to withdraw money in atm on 10.1.18 for 4500 & 1000 both the transaction failed and amount debited but not received the amount.

                        Dear sir, my self sushil kumar saving account no : [protected] using this account for the last 6 year. On 10th january 2018 between 1 pm to 1.30 pm i used my atm card to transfer money in "paytm wallet" two times with an amount of rs. 1000 each. But only rs. 1000 was credited in "paytm wallet" instead of rs. 2000. And also got confirmation from paytm but my iob saving account was wrongly debited with rs. 1000 by your banking system fault. So i request you to reimburse my debited (Rs. 1000) amount of my saving account as soon as possible.                             Sir, i have opened a a/c at anna nagar tower branch chennai for my salary requirement. But still now debit card not issued to me. Since i have given 2times debit card application not issued still now. One old lady is simply sitting and tell us system is problem you come later. Our home is in villivakkam and i am working in a company everyday we can't go and collect debit card.

                            Kindly solve my problem.

                              I had need to recharge my jio number, so i linked my indian overseas bank account to axis pay application, asked for a recharge but the money has been debited and the recharge is still not successful till last month 28.[protected].there is no response from this bank and customer care consecutive..kindly take action and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                Hello sir/madam,

                                I am perna suresh, i am holding a sb account (A/c. No. [protected], ameerpet, hyderabad branch, telangana) in your bank for the past 2 years
                                I did rs.6, 000/- transaction through net banking via imps (Ref. No.[protected] on 08/01/18 to pay my sbi credit card bill. But the transaction was failed.

                                I received a message that my fund transfer for rs.6000/- is timed out (I attached this snapshot). Please check your bank. I complaint to bank same day. They said, it took 24 hrs. To resolve this problem. I phoned to customer care also. They advised me to phone imps department. Many times i rang but every time the dialled number is busy, try later. I vexed this reply.

                                Still transaction amount was not credited to my account. I humbly request you to credit my money back to my account.

But now bank manager saying that there is no ‘EorS’ account toavailable with my father with me, there is only single holder account available on my father.lam sending related documents with this mail proof for our ‘EorS’ account.                                     Kumaraswamy raja nagar collectorate virudhunagar 626003. Above a/c wrongly debited ₹177 date 15/9/17 twice 21/9/17 and 16/12/17 totally four time for ecs/ nack return and reduce my minimum balance. Many time compliance to branch manager but not satisfy. You do need full iwithin week or i take legal action against bank

When i used this atm card through online few transactions were failed but the amount has been deducted and few we're refunds for the returned products. But i am not receiving any kind of refunds to my bank account even though that has been initiated by the website. I visited the bank several times regarding this issue but no use. Hence i request you to kindly re-create the amount into my account as soon as possible hoping you are customer friendly. Kindly do the needful.
