I am perna suresh, i am holding a sb account (A/c. No. [protected], ameerpet, hyderabad branch, telangana) in your bank for the past 2 years
I did rs.6, 000/- transaction through net banking via imps (Ref. No.[protected] on 08/01/18 to pay my sbi credit card bill. But the transaction was failed.
I received a message that my fund transfer for rs.6000/- is timed out (I attached this snapshot). Please check your bank. I complaint to bank same day. They said, it took 24 hrs. To resolve this problem. I phoned to customer care also. They advised me to phone imps department. Many times i rang but every time the dialled number is busy, try later. I vexed this reply.
Still transaction amount was not credited to my account. I humbly request you to credit my money back to my account.
