I transferred amount to another account through imps, amount was debited from account but not delivered to party and it can't refund the amount debited from my account.

I am govind sanduja, having account no. [protected] in indian overseas bank, kundli branch. Today a cheque no. **3246 represented for clearing in my account. Please stop the payment of the cheque as this cheque is not given by me to anybody.
