Indian Overseas Bank — Atm transaction declined but money got deducted

I hold account with indian overseas bank (1999) gla engg. College, ajhai.
On 3rd jan 2017 at 11:43 am i used idbi bank atm (Id031501-n) in barabanki district uttar pradesh. But atm transaction declined and amount not received. Unfortunately no slip dispensed by atm machine.
