Indian Overseas Bank — ATM:Money debited but cash not dispensed | |||||
On 05/10/2016, I tried to withdraw ₹1000 from Punjab National Bank ATM using the IOB debit card. But it shows "unable to process" but just then I got a message that I have withdrawn ₹1000 from that ATM but no cash was dispensed. I thought it was a mistake and it will refund in one week but it did not. So I made a complaint at their helpline number with complaint number SK251018 on 25/10/2016 but after that inspite of trying to contact them a number of times and sometimes even contacted but no refund was made till now.
