I was withdrawal the amount of 10000rs by corporation bank atm sec 15 noida u. P but transaction failed and money blocked in atm

I have complaint many more time in bank janpath but no response

Using IOB ATM/Debit card, I tried to withdraw money from CITI bank atm machine. After entering the pin and amount, I got an error message saying Temporary Unavailable. I didnt withdraw the money. But the amount had been debited from my aacount. Still I haven't got the money of Rs. 5500 back to my account. Please refund the money to my account.
