I did not got my refund on my bank account as i had ordered two products from two different websites which are shein and amazon. Amazon initiated the refund on 23/10/2018 with referral id 157219 and amount 1795 and shein initiated the refund on 5/10/2018 with referral id[protected] and amount 884. Please do somthing with this. Its been more than 2 months.

    This is mohammad sayeed akhter and i visited on 18/12/2018 to gopal ganj (Bihar) iob branch where is my nri account, i got my debit card but i didn't get atm pin, manager told me that it will come later by post but 17 days have gone still i didn't get my atm pin.
    Please check it and take necessary action.

      My account has been charged 118 rs. Four times in last 3 days. It had never happened in the past, and all of a sudden without informing how it could be deducted???

      And what are these charges actually??? I want it to be reversed.

      The branch manager confirmed that the 3 entries belong to debut card maintainence charged till fy18-19 and the next day again the charges had been deducted. Is this a joke?

        I have got education loan of rs 48, 000 per year for 3years, totally as rs 1, 44, 000. I have repaid more than 1lac as of now. But i didn't receive any amount as subsidy except rs 2, 243.37 on 21/02/2018. I have submitted all the necessary documents along with an income certificate also. Kindly let me know why i have not received any subsidy further.

          There is no response in IOB tirupur veerapandi branch, In 29.12.2018 they cannot explain about the rate of interest in jewel loan for renewal my jewel, and last time the ring is damaged, there is no public service, private bank is good for comparing this.
          My NAME IS TAMILMOZHI having SB account on IOB BANK ODDAPATTI, dharmapuri .MY ATM card is not activated so i am using only mobile banking FOR TRANFERS BUT today 28/12/2018 on 7:09 PM Rs1000 debited how it is possible i am not using the ATM nearly a month so action to be taken.please do the needful.

                Dear sir/madam,

                Recently, i installed internet related app but it is not adding my bank account having branch at palakollu, west godavari - 534260 by showing the dialogue box that my debit card details are not correct & few months ago, i got my new debit card at my branch which is linked with new mobile number.

                I am not getting any idea regarding why it is showing that notification.
                Please, resolve the issue as soon as possible. Awaiting the response from your end.

                  money not yet refunded

                  Dec 27th using iob bank's debit card i was tried to pay my bill amount 425rs. The transaction got failed for two times. But the bank debited 850 rs from my account for two failed transaction and not yet refunded my money. Please let me know when it will be refund to my account? And also i have raised query in ur query portal for that also i didn't get any response....

                    Hi,

                    I have taken a education loan for 80000 in the year of 2010 at that time we have been informed by the manager that loan can be paid after six years. However we have paid 40000 on October 2013. In the 2nd half of 2017 we have received an notification from district court to settle the remaining amount if not property will be ceased. So we have paid the remaining 40000 in the month of November 2017 through LOK ADALAT settlement in the district court, My mom paid the amount since i was working in hyderabad. I have recently applied for personal loan but my loan got rejected, the bank rep stated that in CIBIL report you have an education loan pending so please pay the pending education loan amount and get a NOC from the bank and wait for 6 months and after that apply for a fresh loan. But i have a decree copy and the bank receipt for the complete payment of my loan. The banking representative failed to update from their end which is what im facing an issue in applying loans.

                    When i contacted the respective bank manager he also look into the CIBIL report and said the same what the bank rep said. He asked me to provide a decree copy which im not aware. But the decree was actually provided by banker side to the loaner which they actually not provided. The bank manager just said we have provided the decree copy to you and they also dont have their reference copy. So on my own initiative i went to the district court to get the decree copy. With the formal letter request the LOK ADALAT team provided me the xerox copy of the decree copy wherein the document says no additional document to be paid and they also said there will be 3 decree copy 1 is for court reference and other 2 copy will be submitted to banker, in such case banker have to hols one copy for their reference and to provide the other copy to the loaner. I have written a letter to bank manager stating that to provide a NOC and the original decree copy which they failed to provide us along with the bank receipt. But i didn't get any response from the manager. He is asking me to pay the pending amount of 33000 which is reflecting in their system. He also said even if you pay 33000 we will provide you a write-off, but im not actually understand what write-off means.

                    I hold a copy of letter written to IOB Manager.

                        The iob bank located at ulundurpet branch is not working properly. Staffs are working very slowly (Frankly not working) and they are not properly responding with the customers (This branch customers all village and uneducated people). It takes one day fully to take gold loan. But in other banks this is not happening iob only working very bad. Additional staffs should be appointed then only works will be moved quickly and proper training must be given to the employees for finishing their works quickly.
                        * just i deposit amount waiting for line more than one and half hour's. It's very irresponsible work... Kindly take the action in this branch iob (Ulundurpet branch 0145)

                          I approached the iob bank situated in my locality (Seneerkuppam). I am an account holder in this branch, my pension amount is deposited in this bank. Pf charges are paid by the pf office for pf related services. Life certificate online registration has been refused by the iob bank in seneerkuppam. This has been refused for all the pf receivers as well. Refusal of this service inspite of receiving payment from the pf office for these services is against the law. I kindly request you to check this with the concerned manager and assist pension receivers to get their services properly. My account details are as below

                                I took policy on 27.10.2017 in mdindia health insurance tpa pvt ltd [mdi5-[protected]], but i have not received any details/intimation like date of expiry, date of policy either from iob nor insurance company. I did not get my renewal policy either. Now i want to renew my policy. So i met the assistant general manager (Pad) on 15.12.2018 around 3:50 pm and they told that cut off date was already over by 14.12.2018 and there is no other option to renew it and they asked me to wait for 1 year.
                                I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me renew my policy asap.

                                    MOHANA AUTOMOBILES IOB account holder. i faced a problem on 2.8.18-rs.4990/- 17.11.18 -rs.9966/- 11.12.18 -9912 while doing transactions through net banking for vahan RTO purpose. The amount have been deducted from my account.but the receiver did not receive the amount and payment failure.I already visit and complaint raised in our IOB branch sowcarpet for more than 5 times.but they are not take any response and answer not properly. These mistakes are doing repeatedly. so please kindly take immediate action and refund the amount earliest.
