Indian Overseas Bank — complaint about the bank deducting all the money in the account

I am an iob account holder and using the account for about almost two years.
Since i had no money i was unable to maintain the minimum balance, an amount of rupees almost 500 (118*3 + 53*2) has bees deducted. But about two weeks ago, i deposited an amount of rupees 1000 two times making it an sum of rupees 2000. An one time minimum balance fine was collected. But now, (Today - 26/08/2018) an amount of rupees more than 1200 has been deducted from my bank account in a single day. I am in an really serious need of that money. But the bank has deducted the money and left me with nothing. I am a full time student and i earn nothing it is quite difficult for me to maintain the minimum balance. I was about to keep an balance of rupees 2000 but all those money has been deducted resulting me with nothing. So i request you kindly to look into this matter and find me some way to get me back my money. Please respond to this message
