Indian Overseas Bank — customer handling from cashier

I m waiting long in queue for about 30 minutes to pay the money in iob bank..in between these time a man came with money bag and he approached directly to pay money. As per his request the cashier opened immediately his bag for processing the transaction. I have certain doubts whether bank running for that particular customer.. What will be the use of waiting customers. Please be take a severe action regarding my complaint. These is sudhakar from tharagampatty iob ifsc code ioba0000936
