Indian Overseas Bank — death claim no progress since couple of weeks | |||
My father mr. K. Chellappan was passed and on behalf of that i requested the iob branch in marungoor, kanyakumari district near mylody village. I have my application with all requirement by the bank was submitted on 5th aug 2019. I was on continuously followed up with the bank and the manager is telling legal not responded yet and completely this is bank internal mater that the br manager to follow continuously. This is really unfair to iob customer and the branch manager told there will not be no interest calculated from the date of my father death, how could be this procedure is like that. My money is with the same branch and when i approach the bank after 7 months (Due to my work nature) then how come the interest will not be calculated for the whole period when the money is with the bank. The delay occur is highly affecting the customer personnel, very bad reputation to the bank and its branch. This is the reason iob is the world most bad services and pls google it to know about the bank services. I don't have any personal intension other than availing good services from my country bank, my village bank. These all bad services are due to the people laziness, careless and no feel of their responsibility and they don't want to feel its customer services.
