Sir, S. Chitti babu, the deceased was operating sb account in the madhavaram branch, chennai. Unfortunately he met with an accident on 13.06.2017 and died on the spot. His mother s. Sagunthala is the legalheir because he lost his wife in 2015 and has no issues. His mother s. Sagunthala is 78 yrs old and can't understand english, i am her sister k. Umarani is representing for his death claim. We have submitted all the required necessary documents in oct 2017 for claiming s. Chitti babu's sb account balance in his credit to the iob, madhavaram branch, chennai. Since we have not received any amount we enquired in the branch. They said the application was forwarded to the head office and waiting for their reply. As my sister is old she can't move many times to the bank, and Now it is more than 4 months, we request you to look in to this matter and take necessary arrangements to get back the amount at the earliest.
