Indian Overseas Bank — debit card transaction declined

I have done a debit card swipe transaction on 8/2/2020 at saravana store padi, the transaction was declined but the transaction amount rs.114 still now not credited into my account. I need to the status of the transaction and kindly reverse it and make credit it asap.
