Indian Overseas Bank — Debit card transaction failure, not credited back from jan 2 | |||
Place : vellore Branch:auxilium college branch Ac no : 16830*4947 I payed rs.23, 139 via online to snapdeal.com on jan 2, but the transaction gets failure and money is not credited back into my account, bank manager says they couldn't able to lodge an complaint. I've been keep on calling to customer care, they never take any call and always busy. Please don't test our patience by informing there is an technical failure for this. You will debit the amount in fraction of seconds but crediting back takes more than a week. Poor customer service and poor gateway services.
