Indian Overseas Bank — dont get money from atm machine and money was deducted from account

Dear sir/madam. I have an account sb - xxx1350 in blb branch. Yesterday, on 5th july i went to withdrawal money from an (Sib atm qu) of suchitra circle, hyderabad at
13:49:33. But during this process machine show the message sorry, can't complete your request. I did not get any money but get the message of deduction of 2100 rs from my account. Please help me. Simta rawat
