I have an account in iob (Lucknow branch), due to my transfer i couldn't do any transactions from this bank for 2 yrs, now i want the account to be activated. The issue is they want me to be present physically in lucknow branch. Do i need to take off's for such things, i am mailing them from my registered email id, they can simply ask me the documents they need for activation or help me with some other branch in noida, but they don't want to do so. The process should be changed as one cannot be present each time in branch for any issues, does this means digitization? There are so many branches then why can't the things be resolved from any branch rather than branch. Was this information helpful? |
