Dear Sir/Madam Sub: Failure of Debit card transaction on 31.12.2016 at 8.47 pm for Rs. 2, 176 Ref: Debit card of Savings G.MUTHUKUMAR A/c No. [protected] ( Indian Overseas Bank) I have made payment of Rs. 2176 vide debit card of Indian Overseas bank to M/S TFC Chicken, Opp EB Office, Pudukkotai-622001 on 31.12.2016 at 8.47 p.m.But the amount was not received by the beneficiary account.Rs 2176 has been shown as debited. Kindly let me advise me on this.Can you please let me know the duration of how long the process might take to complete reverting back the money, Please refer the attached screen shot.
