[Resolved]  Indian Overseas Bank — fd [protected] suddenly closed by bank and for complaint how they are making resolved

Regarding the FD [protected] premature closure of by bank without my request and imposing penality ofRs 2812+ Rs 867+ 15 days interest
I Sai Krishna Ammaji Itika here with informing that I deposited Rs 2 lakhs on 17_5_ 2016for a period of 23months 15days, up to period of Dec2016 the interest paid regularly, for the month of Jan2017 they paid only Rs 424 instead of Rs 1292 after deducting Rs 867towards sweep adjustment The sweep facility never requested by me . However the interest s up to June 2017 and suddenly on 15july I received SMS stating my deposite closed and sweep adjustment charges as 2812 They did not paid interest For 15 days in July 2017 .(1)My request is when they closed without my request why they collected Rs 2812 . (2)when my deposit is Rs 2laks Why they credited only 199132. (3) why they did not paid interest up to 15 July 2017.
