Indian Overseas Bank — Fund transfer but still not added in beneficiary account

I have an sb ac in iob at kelambakkam branch. When i transfer amount to other bank by using net banking otp was get late. After submitting otp i got a message your session was timed out. Pl contact your branch. Amount was debuted from my ac but not credited in beneficiary ac. I made a complaint in my branch on 10th may. But still amount was not refund. I request you pl take the nessary action.

Respected sir/madam,

I use my iob debit card for a payment in passport seva kendra's website. I use it for 4 times but it took money from my iob savings account, but it's not applied(transaction failed). They didn't give me the refund amount. The Amount was (4*1500=Rs.6, 000). Please kind me grant me for that amount refunded.
