Indian Overseas Bank — I am complaint about my sms alert

After withdrawal or saving in my account i am not getting any sms alert.. Already i written a letter to the for update my number. Too many times i complain in the bank still i am not getting any response. How can i check my balance after withdrawl.. Kindly help me.

Good Morning Sir,

Today I try to book a train ticket using IOB net banking but the amount was detected from my account also Irctc ticket was not booked. Kindly refund amount to my account

After withdrawal or saving in my account i am not getting any SMS alert.. Already I have sent email to the Branch Manager, Choolaimedu Branch. But even to day amount debited in my SB A/C SMS ALERT nor received.
But charges for for the same debited every Quarterly.
May I take up with Ombudsman.
