Indian Overseas Bank — i am not getting cctv footage at the atm point at karanthai, thanjavur

I came to know that on 14.3.18 at 9.22 and 9.23 am rs 20000 was withdrawn fraudlently at your atm point situate at karanthai, thanjavur (Attached to your north main street, this connection in order to know the person who had withdrawn the amount i requested your north main st, thanjavur branch on 15.03.2018 which they informed that the request would be forwarded to their regional office and express their inability when the thing would materialize.
I am a senior citizen and my husband is bed-ridden and as such i depend on others for every thing and i have to be careful in dealing with financial affairs.
Under this circumstance pl arrange for providing copy of the cctv footage.
(I am facing uncertanity and fearing the completion of retention period of back up of cctv footage.)

Please refund the amount of 70000 which has been transferred to a non existing corporation bank account. The amount was transferred on 17th march 2018 to the following account number [protected] which does not exist. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possi le. Or please suggest what best can be done.
