Indian Overseas Bank — IMPS Transaction failed due to technical issues

I transferred an amount of ₹3, 500/- twice (₹7, 000/- in total) through IMPS on 25/9/2021 from my SB account operating from Mylapore Branch, CHENNAI-600 004 and the amount was not credited to the beneficiary, while the amount was debited to my account and the amount of ₹7, 000/- has not been credited back to my account.I request you to resolve the issue. Thanks.
