Indian Overseas Bank — incorrect debit from the account

I booked a ticket today[protected] in kamayani express through irctc app. But it the end of the transaction on the irctc it portal showed pending from bank end, but in actual the amount was debited from my bank account.

I am attaching the proof o[censored]nsuccessful transaction and bank debit message from bank.
