i have already completed your total formalities & visit your fort branch 2/3 times. But your staff ignore my request .
Check my passbook, why take inoperative charges ?, when i have nothing wrong. I had completed all the formalities. Ur staff also lost all my important documents.& wasting my time.

I send Rs.1200 from my account to my friend's account through phonephe application on April 9th 2019. But this amount not received to my friend account. But the amonut are credited from my account. I am already complaint to my account branch Bank. So please work on this problem and solve it.
