Indian Overseas Bank — iob rewardz points

Iob rewards app is not opened when tap the app now. Also the points are not updated because of that the recharge of mobile could not be done or redeem for other merchandise. Already i have made complaint through e-mail but no response from customer care department. Let me know how many points added tomy account accordingly i can utilize the points otherwise the points are getting lapsed as default. Pl do needful.
